The Municipality of Anchorage Public Works Department, Project Management and Engineering Division (PM&E) is pleased to release a public review Draft of the Design Study Report (DSR) for the Eklutna River Bridge at Old Glenn Highway Replacement Project.
The DSR documents the evaluation of the alternatives for bridge replacement and roadway upgrade and includes the recommended preferred alternative for both.

Final Concept Report
The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) reviewed the DRAFT Concept Report on November 4, 2013 as an Informational Item. No changes were required for the Concept Report.
The Eklutna River Bridge Replacement Project Concept Report has been finalized and is available for review below. Following the Municipality of Anchorage’s Adopted Context Sensitive Solutions (CSS) Policy for Transportation Projects, the Concept Report documents the planning phase and understanding of the problems to be solved. The Concept Report also summarizes all public outreach activities during the planning and problem identification phase and provides conceptual solutions to those identified problems.
